    Wisconsin Bankers Association Recognizes New Richmond Banker Tom Mews
    for Board Service
    MADISON – Tom Mews, president of FNC Bank, New Richmond, was recently recognized by the Wisconsin Bankers Association (WBA) for his service to the industry. Mews joined the WBA Board of Directors in 2022 and served a three-year term.
    “On behalf of our Association, I would like to thank Tom for his dedication to Wisconsin’s banking industry,” said Rose Oswald Poels, WBA president and CEO. “His service on the WBA Board has helped foster growth and positive change not only for our industry, but also for individuals, businesses, and communities in our state.”
    Mews has served at FNC Bank since 2001 and became president in 2011. He has been an active member of the WBA Government Relations Committee and has participated in capitol visits to Madison and Washington, D.C. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His community involvement includes working with the New Richmond Area Centre, Forward New Richmond, Westfield’s Hospital Foundation, Westfield’s Hospital & Clinic, the New Richmond Area Community Foundation, WBD, Wisconsin Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company, and the New Richmond Area Chamber of Commerce.
