    WI-64 west towards Stillwater. After crossing the St. Croix bridge travel approximately 1 mile and turn right on Greeley St. Take the next left onto West frontage Rd then right on Northwestern Ave.

    FamilyMeans is a multi-service, nonprofit organization with 4 primary service areas; Caregiving & Aging, Counseling & Therapy, Financial Solutions, & Youth Development. We are headquartered in Stillwater, MN, with branch offices located throughout southeastern Minnesota, and western Wisconsin.
