Mission

Leadership New Richmond is an exclusive program created and designed to help local professionals develop their network and sharpen their leadership skills though engaging in 7 fundamental areas that make up our community.

Program

This monthly course will push participants to grow not only in personal development but also gain awareness and understanding about community issues New Richmond is facing, including government, community, economic development, education, health care, and tourism.

Goals & Objectives

The program’s goal is to prepare future community leaders for positions of responsibility by:

• Engaging them with current and future demands of our economic development
• Bringing them up to date with current community processes, programs and problems
• developing a network of current and future community leaders
• Educating and encouraging leadership skills necessary to be more effective

Qualifications & Commitment

Leadership New Richmond is designed to strengthen industry leaders in our community to strengthen our community as it continues to develop. We are looking for individuals and companies that have a genuine interest in our community and the future growth and development. Individuals that display commitment for community involvement, demonstrate leadership in their company, and a willingness to commit the energy necessary to completely the program by attending all sessions.

Tuition: The tuition fee is $850. Tuition is expected upon admittance into Leadership New Richmond and is non-refundable.
