The CNC Machinist is responsible suggesting and designing fixtures for the assembly of new products or to improve existing methods. This position will develop and build tools to extremely close tolerances aimed at reducing costs or improving the speed or quality of a production operation. Position will work from blueprints and sketches to design and construct mold components for assembly and manufacturing needs to meet production schedules. Requirements include excellent computer skills using programs such as Solidworks / Master Cam as required and the ability to run multiple machines simultaneously. Must also have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work while maintaining attention to detail. This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of relevant hands on tooling/machining experience. Secondary education and/or apprenticeship are highly desired.
