Kwong is a chef, author, and local celebrity based out of St Croix Falls, Wisconsin. He writes a weekly column, “Wok and Roll,” for the Leader/Register, and he is excited to be publishing his first two books. He has a wealth of culinary knowledge; consulting local restaurants, teaching cooking classes through continuing education programs, and donating his acclaimed “Dinner and Songs” to raise money for charitable causes.
