Dementia Series presented by: Nancy Abrahamson, Dementia Care Specialist from the Aging Disability Resource Center of St Croix County. Valuable Resources in St Croix County for Caregivers and Persons with Dementia We are resource rich in St Croix County. Learn what is available and how to access resources for those who are againg or disabled and the general public. Discussion will include resources for the person with the dianosis as well as the caregiver, friends, and neighbors.
