The number one source of information about doing business in or visiting New Richmond. Members are part of a web-based database that can be searched in several ways. Out site also contains comprehensive community and tourism information as well as a searchable event guide.
Membership Directory: Published annually, the membership directory is sent to each member to encourage members to do business with other members.
Chamber Gift Certificates: This retail promotion is aimed at keeping retail dollars in New Richmond. In 2010, the Chamber returned almost $40,000 to the New Richmond community. The certificates are only redeemable at member businesses.
Brochure Display: The Chamber operates a professional community visitor center. Chamber members are invited to display their brochures or business cards.
Referrals: The Chamber staff fields hundreds of email, phone and in-person inquiries every year asking for suggestions on good providers of a product or service.
E-Biz Email Blasts: As a member you can promote your special, sale or event to over 300 Chamber members via our email system at no charge.
NR First! Shop Local Campaign: The Chamber has developed programs that will encourage local residents to discover the value of shopping local.
Hot Deals!: Hot Deals is a retail program where members can list sales and promotion coupons via a special section of the Chamber website.
NETWORKING!
Committees and Task Forces: Work side by side with other Chamber volunteers on special committees.
Business After Five: Held throughout the year, Business After Fives offer members a networking opportunity in a social setting.
Chamber Coffees: Held the third Friday of each month from September through May the coffees offer an informal way to network with fellow Chamber members.

Education Opportunities: The Chamber regularly offers free or low cost member education opportunities to help you make your business more profitable.
Member Ribbon Cuttings: The Chamber promotes new business and renovations to existing ones through regular ribbon cuttings.
News You Can Use: The Chamber regularly forwards links to members about topics they may find useful in their business including technology, legislation, accounting and human resources.
Special Events and Community Festivals: The Chamber produces several special events each year including the City Garage Sale, Park Art Fair and Fun Fest. These events bring new tourism dollars to town. They also offer members sponsorship and networking opportunities/
